The stated transfer fees exclude 20% VAT and covering the meeting dates.
Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport-Hotel-Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport transfers will be carried out for all participants who have reported their transfer details to Serenas Turizm.
If you notify your flight time changes in writing 48 hours in advance, your transfer change will be considered.

METHOD OF PAYMENT FOR REGISTRATION ACCOMMODATION AND TRANSFER
Credit Card:
Payments shall be made in Euro (€). Payments can be made with credit cards (master card or visa) or through bank transfer. AMEX and Diners credit cards are not accepted for on line and on-site registration.

Bank Transfer:
Participants who pay their balance with a bank transfer are required to send the bank receipt copies to SERENAS Tourism via e-mail:

The bank receipt of the participants will be checked from the bank and its approval will be received and the confirmation will be sent to the participants.

CONFIRMATION, CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
The full payment is required in order to confirm your registration, accommodation and transfer.
All cancellations must be made by sending an e-mail address to ypcd2023@serenas.com.tr
Payments can be conducted either by bank transfer or credit card
Regarding the refund of registration, accommodation fees;
If received by August 31, 2023 the payment will be refunded in 50% fee. As a matter of fact, while there would be full refund, there often are handling fee charged for processing the refund.
Handling Fee: 50 € for per person (VAT is not included) for each cancellation.
If received later than August 31, 2023, there will be no refund.
All rates are subject to amendments without prior notice.
Name change will be accepted up to 48 hours prior to the Congress
All refunds, if any, will be processed within 1 month after the Meeting.
