Official language of the meeting and of correspondence is Turkish. There will be a simultaneous translation (Turkish-English / English-Turkish)
Authorization
Authorization letters to be requested to be given to institutions for congress participation will be sent to the participants who request it through the Congress Organizing Committee. For requests, please contact
ypcd2023@serenas.com.tr e-mail address. Such invitation letters can only be used for authorization purposes. The registration and accommodation fees of the guests who have the invitation letter belong to them.
Target Audience
Otorhinolaryngology, Plastic Surgery physicians, Pharmaceutical Companies and and Industry officials.
Accreditation
All sessions of the congress will be accredited by the Turkish Medical Association “Continuing Medical Education (STE)”.
Name Badge
All registered participants and accompany persons of the congress will be presented with a badge with a special barcode on it. In order not to disrupt the congress order, it is expected from the participants to wear their badges in all scientific and social activities.
Certificate of Attendance
All participants will be able to get their congress participation certificates from the kiosks located next to the congress registration desk as of December 10, 2023 by scanning the barcodes on their badges.
Registration and Information Desk
The Registration and Information desk will serve between 8-10 December 2023 between 08:00-20:00.
